Police Report

Suspicious people--Jan. 19, 11:57 p.m. on Oak Rim Way. A caller saw three juveniles dressed in black and carrying toilet-paper rolls. Police contacted them and discovered the group had TPed a house on Placer Oaks. Police returned the juveniles to their homes with a warning; the juveniles promised to clean up the mess in the morning.

Harassing phone calls--Jan. 21, 5:17 a.m. on Villa Avenue. The caller has been receiving phone calls every morning for the past two weeks from someone who says nothing but breathes heavily. Police gave advice and took a report.

Commercial burglary--Jan. 21, 7:06 a.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A business was entered overnight through the roof and change machines were broken into. Police took a report.

Juvenile disturbance--Jan. 22, 8:06 a.m. on Leigh Avenue. A group of juveniles was loitering in front of a store and would not leave when a security guard asked them to. Police counseled and dispersed the group.

Found property--Jan. 22, 10:31 a.m. on Karl Lane. The caller saw a loose horse nibbling grass near the corner of Karl and Eaton lanes. Police took a report and called the person whom they and the caller suspected owned the horse.

Dead animal--Jan. 23, 1:39 p.m. on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. A caller reported a dead skunk could be seen and smelled between lanes of traffic. Police notified animal services.
