    Police Report

    Vandalism--Feb. 6, 10:20 p.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. The driver's side window of a vehicle was smashed. The vehicles owners gave a description of the perpetrator to police.

    Commercial Burglary--Feb. 6, 9 p.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A bartender caught a person trying to break a lock on the back door. The person said he was just trying to get free drinks. The bartender held the person there until police arrived, but decided not to press charges.

    Theft--Feb. 6, 4:24 p.m. on Lark Avenue. A man reported his portable CD player and car kit missing after having his car cleaned on Jan. 28.

    Theft--Feb. 5, 5:17 p.m. on Blossom Hill Road. The rear license plate was taken from a bus.

    Vandalism--Feb. 5, 5:21 p.m. on Montclair Road. Sometime between 9 and 11 p.m. three mailboxes were destroyed in the same residential area. Mailbox vandalism also occurred two weeks ago in the area.

    Stolen Vehicle--Feb. 5, 4:16 p.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. A BMW parked outside a business was stolen. The car contained personal items and the car keys.

    Auto Burglary--Feb. 5, 3:23 p.m. on Wood Road. A car stereo was reported missing from a vehicle. There is no suspect information.

    Stolen Vehicle--Feb. 4, 8:55 a.m. on Wood Road. A Honda Accord was reported missing from the parking lot where the owner had left it. The owner of the car has the keys.

    Residential Burglary--Feb. 3, 7:28 p.m. on Teresita Way. Residents returned home to find their house ransacked and an unloaded pistol missing. It appeared a burglar had entered through a bedroom window while nobody was home.

    Residential Burglary--Feb. 3, 11:35 a.m. on Teakwood Court. A woman reported that sometime between Jan. 17 and Jan. 28 jewelry and cash was taken from her mother's estate.
