Lost Property--Feb. 8, 11:55 p.m., on W. Main Street. A homeless woman left her sleeping bag on a street corner. When she came back, it was gone. She went to the police station and told officers that she had no place to stay that night.
Threats--Feb. 8, 6:19 p.m., on Riviera Drive. A resident received several threatening letters from an unknown suspect.
Petty Theft--Feb. 8, 4:50 p.m., on S. Santa Cruz Avenue. A $200 cellular phone was taken from an unlocked car.
Residential Burglary--Feb. 8, 3:34 p.m., on Blackberry Hill Road. An unknown suspect entered a residence through an unlocked side garage door and cleaned out the reportee's freezer in the garage.
Threats--Feb. 8, 12:11 p.m., on Johnson Avenue. The reportee received a hate letter from an unknown suspect. The letter referred to the reportee as liberal scum and went on with racial slurs.
Petty Theft--Feb. 8, 8:42 a.m., on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. A cell phone was stolen from an unlocked, parked truck.
Vandalism--Feb. 8, 2:57 a.m., on Casitas Boulevard. A father called to report that his son kicked his door and put a hole in it. The son was arrested.
Vandalism--Feb. 7, 3:46 p.m., on Pinewood Lane. Reportee's car windows were broken by an unknown suspect.
Vandalism--Feb. 7, 1:48 p.m., on Oak Drive. A resident's mailbox and lights were damaged during the night.
Residential Burglary--Feb. 7, 10:58 a.m., on Vista Del Monte. A bike was taken from an unlocked garage.
Auto Burglary--Feb. 5, 6:54 a.m., on Twin Oaks Drive. A locked car was broken into and the stereo was taken.
Fraud--Feb. 3, 8:43 p.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A mother reported that her daughter used her ATM card to get $400 cash. She "deposited" empty deposit envelopes in order to get cash from the machine.
