Trails committee elects officers
Carol Ann Weber was re-elected as chairwoman of the Trails and Bikeways Committee. Shel Smith was elected vice chairman, and Joan Tabb was elected secretary.
The committee, at its Feb. 8 meeting, also discussed separating its master plan into two separate plans, one to address trails and one to address bikeways. Weber said the bikeways plan would stand a better chance of gaining Town Council approval if it weren't coupled with the trails plan, which is still being formulated.
