Children's shoes are needed for poor
Saratoga businessman Arthur Mintz is again coordinating a community effort to gather donations of new and gently used children's shoes for needy families in rural Venezuela. Shoes of all sizes and colors are welcome, but no open-toes or sandals. Shoes, which should be tied together by pairs, may be dropped off at Mintz's photography studio at 20490 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road in Saratoga, on the corner of Oak Street.
