    Police Report

    Grand Theft--Feb. 21, 8:53 p.m. on Union Avenue. The suspect(s) broke into the reporting party's car and took several items, including a digital camera and a cell phone. Although there were no signs of forced entry, the reporting party believed the vehicle was locked.

    Grand Theft--Feb. 21, 4:50 p.m. on Anne Way. The reporting party reported that a known suspect stole jewelry.

    Outstanding Warrants--Feb. 21, 4:37 p.m. on E. Main Street. Police confirmed the suspect for having a $5,000 warrant from the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office and a $10,000 warrant from the Campbell Police Department for driving with a suspended license. They cited and released the suspect.

    Attempted Residential Burglary--Feb. 21, 2:36 p.m. on W. Mozart Avenue. The unknown suspect(s) tried to break in to the reporting party's residence on either Feb. 18 or 19. The suspect(s) pushed in the bottom of the side garage door and left a footprint on the door.

    Disturbance/Argument--Feb. 21, 2:41 p.m. on Oak Park Drive. The reporting party told police that six teenage males were picking on a younger male at a play lot. According to the reporting party, three of the teenagers left in one car, and the victim walked away from the scene, possibly intoxicated. Although the reporting party said that the suspects tried to drag the victim into a vehicle, there was no evidence to substantiate the claim, and the suspects denied all allegations. The victim was gone when police arrived.

    Disturbance/Threats--Feb. 21, 1:14 p.m. on Blossom Hill Road. The reporting party told police that a disgruntled customer was making personal and phone threats to employees at a car dealership. When the officer spoke with the involved party, the officer determined that the involved party had a problem with a vehicle and had not threatened anyone. When the officer left the scene, the involved party and employees were trying to work out the problem, and the employees were trying to refer the involved party to another dealership.

    Attempted Theft--Feb. 21, 11:19 a.m. on Montgomery Street. The unknown suspect(s) tried to enter the reporting party's plastic shed and failed. The reporting party requested patrol checks for juveniles in the afternoon and for transients at night.

    Prior Prowler--Feb. 21, 10:17 a.m. on Thomas Drive. Recently, the reporting party has heard noises on the roof several times. The night before, the reporting party heard the noises again, and 30 minutes later, at 3 a.m., the reporting party saw a male in dark clothing walking in front of the residence.
