April 7: Community Development Block Grant funding.
April 21: Strategic Plan 1997-2002.
May 5: Valet parking on public and private lots; hazardous brush abatement.
May 12: Capital improvement program for 1997-2002.
May 19: Adjusting fees for town services.
May 27: 1997-98 operating budget.
