Born May 10, 1926, Charlesbois worked for many years in the local restaurant industry, including at Gardino's, Valeriano's and the former Il Nido. He was known for his hearty laugh, quick smile and warm personality.

Friends are invited to toast his memory on April 13, beginning at 4 p.m., at Mountain Charley's, 15 N. Santa Cruz Ave.
