Specialists from Butterfield & Butterfield, fine-art auctioneers and appraisers, will be on hand April 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Villa Montalvo to provide auction estimates on property in the following categories: fine paintings, Asian works of art, furniture and decorative pieces, jewelry and timepieces and rugs.

Accounting firm opens
Kerry Mallory, an authorized IRS Enrolled Agent, has opened Mallory & Co., a new accounting and tax consulting office at 301-A Saratoga Road in Los Gatos. Mallory is a former IRS auditor/agent who specializes in federal and state tax laws, tax planning, audit representation, payroll and monthly or quarterly accounting.
