Montalvo artists open studios



Obituary Thuy Duong Retired local business owner Thuy Duong died on March 2, of cancer at the age of 66. Duong was born on Feb. 1, 1934, in Vietnam. For 15 years, she operated La Maison du Croissant bakery in downtown Los Gatos. Along with baking, she also enjoyed cooking, sharing recipes with her family and writing. Survivors include sons, Tom, David and John Duong; daughter, Tram Duong; and five grandchildren. Memorial services have been held, with interment at Los Gatos Memorial Park.
