Engagements Meyer, Fox John and Jeanne Meyer of Silver Spring, Md., announce the engagement of their daughter, Polly Ann Meyer, to Eric H. Fox, son of Sanford and Barbara Fox of Saratoga. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Virginia. She is employed with Ann Taylor, Inc. in San Francisco. Her fiancé is a graduate of Los Gatos High School and Duke University. He is a commercial real estate broker with CPS in Santa Clara. They plan a May wedding.
