LG baseball team wins three

    Soccer Signups

    The Los Gatos United Soccer League will hold registration for the 2000 season on April 18, 7-9 p.m., at the Fisher Middle School cafeteria and on May 10, 7-9 p.m., at the Daves Avenue School cafeteria.

    Players must present a copy of their birth certificate, and the registration fee is $95. Registration this year is by walk-in only, no mail-ins will be accepted.

    Youth Volleyball

    The United State Youth Volleyball League continues signups for the 2000 spring season.

    The organization offers two local sites for the eight-week program: Los Gatos High School-- Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 9-10 a.m., April 26-June 17; and Camden Park West-- Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 9-10 a.m., April 25-June 17.

    Boys and girls ages 8-14 are eligible, and the registration fee of $90 per child includes uniform top and equipment.

    Colt Signups

    Signups for the Los Gatos Colt summer baseball season are now being accepted. The program is open to boys ages 15-16, and registration charge is $150 per player. Los Gatos hopes to field two teams for the 18-game season that runs from May 20-July 9.

    Soccer Tourney

    A five-a-side men's open soccer tournament will be held on April 22 at De Anza Community College. There are no goalkeepers in five-a-side soccer, and the registration fee is $100 per team. For information, call 408.864.8745.
