    Police Report

    Drunk in Public--April 17, 12:55 a.m. A man arrived at the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department to confess to a case of malicious mischief that had occurred in Campbell the morning before. Police arrested the man for being drunk in public, because he was intoxicated while at the police station. They took him to see Campbell police before dropping him off at the sobering station.

    Unstable Person--April 15, 12:07 p.m. A man walked into the Community Hospital of Los Gatos, asking for brain parts or brain tissue because he said he had lost his. Police took the suspect into custody and found that he had a $1,000 warrant from San Jose State University police for being drunk in public. Before arresting him on that warrant, however, police checked to see if he was listed in the Emergency Protective Services (EPS) system, which he was. As a result, he was taken to Valley Medical Clinic to be arrested and then turned over to EPS.
