The Los Gatos girls must have been determined to finish the dual meet swimming season with a winning record.
Because when the Gatos girls went up against Lynbrook last week, they won every event there was to win in a rousing 125-53 victory over the Vikings.
The Wildcats wrapped up the year with a 4-3 record in the De Anza Division of the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League.
"The girls did substantially better than last year," said Gatos coach Stacie Lonaker. "We should do well at leagues this week."
Los Gatos heads to St. Francis this week for the league finals. The girls' trials are set for May 3 with the boys' trials on May 4. Finals for both the boys and girls will be held May 5.
The LG boys beat Lynbrook 96-73 last week to finish 3-3 in the dual meet season.
