Police Report

Noisy animals--April 25, 10:27 on Placer Oaks Road. A caller complained that a neighbor's dogs are placed in a garage all day and bark constantly. Police left a note for the owner.

Suspicious person--April 25, 12:38 p.m. on Foster Road. A caller reported that a man on a motorcycle drove up on her property and was loitering. Police contacted him and sent him on his way.

Theft--April 25, 2:33 p.m. on Blossom Hill Road. A man in a black sports utility vehicle drove away from a gas station without paying. Police took a report.

Disturbance--April 26, 9:19 a.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A customer and store employee got into a dispute regarding a coupon. The customer was gone when police arrived.

Juvenile disturbance--April 26, 11:50 p.m. on Bean Avenue. A caller reported several juveniles on skateboards were urinating on a wall. The caller threatened to "kick some butts" but said he would wait for police, who counseled all parties and sent the skateboarders on their way.

Neighborhood disturbance--April 27, 12:02 a.m. on Forrest Avenue. A caller complained of loud partying and loud music. Police contacted the party host, who promised to keep the noise down.

Battery--April 27, 10:33 a.m. on Ann Arbor Court. The caller got into a dispute with a contractor over property lines. The contractor knocked the caller's glasses off, called him names and drove away. Police took a report.

Disturbance--April 27, 6:14 p.m. on Bella Vista Avenue. A man was trying to catch peacocks on the caller's property and refused to leave. Police contacted him and sent him on his way.
