    Abel and Mirta Recco of Los Gatos announce the engagement of their daughter, Ligia Recco, to Chad Rosser, son of Jack and Lynne Rosser of Los Gatos.

    The bride-to-be is a graduate of Leigh High School and San Diego State University. She is a second-grade teacher at Silver Oak Elementary School in San Jose.

    Her fiancé is a graduate of Leigh High School and the University of Southern California. He is a senior sales manager with the Law Cypress Company in San Jose

    They plan a May wedding.
