Police Report

Disturbance--May 7, 11:37 a.m., on High Street. The caller reported an ongoing problem with nearby construction workers harassing residents. Police counseled all parties.

Driving under the influence--May 7, 5:37 p.m., on Church Street. Following a traffic stop, police arrested a man for DUI.

Accident--May 8, 9:35 a.m., at Winchester Boulevard and Vineland Avenue. Police took a report at the site of a collision between a sports car and a garbage truck.

Juvenile disturbance--May 8, 3:29 p.m., on Leigh Avenue. The owner of a business reported numerous young people bothering him and refusing to leave. They also were filling water balloons. Police counseled and dispersed the group.

Indecent exposure--May 9, 10:02 a.m., on Alberto Way. A man in a car next to the caller rolled down his window as if to ask a question. The caller then noticed the man was naked from the waist down and was fondling himself. He was gone when police arrived; they searched the area but did not locate his car.

Town code violation--May 9, 6:40 p.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. Police cited a man for drinking in public.

Neighborhood disturbance--May 10, 2:45 a.m., on Cleland Avenue. A caller complained of a party going on for hours. Police contacted and counseled the party hosts.
