Renaissance Girls
Seventh-grader Tara Graham (left) helps classmate Stephanie Martin try on a floral headpiece she made during Fisher Middle School's annual Medieval Faire. The school organizes the faire every year for its seventh-graders, who learn about medieval times in their history classes. At the faire, students dress in medieval costumes and attend two sessions of their choice, which include wheelbarrow and platform jousting, candle-making, stained glass art, falconry, and, this year, alchemy and stitchery.
