Police Report

Juvenile disturbance--May 21, 12:57 p.m., on Los Gatos Boulevard. Two teenage skateboarders were running over flowers. Police counseled them and sent them on their way.

Theft--May 21, 4:37 p.m., on Winchester Boulevard. Someone entered the caller's unlocked truck and stole a cellular phone and suitcase. Police took a report.

Drunk in public--May 22, 3:19 a.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. Police on patrol noticed a man sleeping on top of a car. They roused him, found him to be intoxicated and arrested him for public drunkenness..

Drunk in public--May 23, 3:06 p.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A man, possibly intoxicated, was harassing a store's customers and would not leave when asked. Police arrested him for public drunkenness.

Neighborhood disturbance--May 23, 9:50 p.m., on Verde Court. The caller complained of a party whose music was making the floor vibrate. The party-goers turned the music up even louder when certain songs came on. Police counseled the hosts, who said the party was ending.

Grand theft--May 25, 9:43 p.m., on Almendra Avenue. Someone stole a cast-iron claw-foot bathtub from the caller's front yard. Police took a report.

Suspicious person--May 27, 2:14 a.m., at Shannon Road and Cherry Blossom Lane. The caller was concerned about a person in dark clothing who was running up and down the street and yelling. Police searched the area but did not locate him.

Accident--May 27, 11:37 a.m., on National Avenue. Police took a report at the site of a noninjury collision between a sport utility vehicle and a car.
