    Former LGHS industrial arts students return to thank the best teacher they ever had


    Two generations of Los Gatos High School students learned hands-on lessons from industrial arts teacher Ron Cassel. While many high schools are phasing out ïshopÍ class, Cassel has created a model for a new kind of industrial arts curriculum that is being imitated widely. Cassel is retiring after 37 years of teaching, but before he left, students going all the way back showed up for a farewell picnic at Vasona Park.   More
