    Police Report

    Residential Burglary--June 7, 7:38 p.m. on Greenfield Place. A stereo worth $2,000 was stolen from a resident's living room. The suspect may have gained entry to the home through an unlocked sliding glass door.

    Annoying Phone Call--June 7, 5 p.m. on Cuesta De Los Gatos. A resident received a threatening voice-mail message on his cellular phone. The resident did not recognize the caller's voice, and nothing in the message indicated the caller knew the name of the resident.

    Auto Burglary--June 7, 11:10 a.m. on Pollard Road. A vehicle was broken into and personal items were taken.

    Vandalism--June 7, 8:41 a.m. on Montclair Road. A rental vehicle was damaged sometime during the night.

    Grand Theft--May 6, 5:10 p.m. on Knowles. A Dell laptop computer was taken the previous day. The person reporting the crime has the suspect on videotape.

    Auto Burglary--June 6, 2:17 p.m. on Vasona Avenue. The passenger-side window of a resident's vehicle was broken to gain entry, and the radio and CD player were taken.

    Inappropriate Email--June 6, 11:01 a.m. A student sent an inappropriate email to a teacher at a local school. A juvenile admitted the incident to his parents, who are handling the problem.

    Tire Slashed--June 6, 10:57 a.m. A tire was slashed on a teacher's car while it was parked in the school parking lot. The school interviewed several possible suspects, but were not able to determine who was responsible.

    License Plate Theft--June 5, 4:10 p.m. on Pinewood Lane. The rear license plate was taken from a resident's vehicle.

    Assault and Battery--June 3, 10:54 p.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A resident came into the police station to report that the previous night he or she had been assaulted in a local bar.

    Juvenile Disturbance--June 3, 6:29 p.m. on University Avenue. A group of four juveniles threw food at the reporting parties' vehicle.
