Holy City Race

The annual Holy City Race returns to the small town in the Santa Cruz Mountains on June 28. Runners will take off on the hilly 9.1-mile course at 7:30 a.m. in Holy City, Old Santa Cruz Highway off of Redwood Estates. The cost is $3 per runner. For more information, call 435-2820.

Triathlon at Lake Almaden

The San Jose International Triathlon will be held June 28 at Lake Almaden on Almaden Expressway in San Jose. Competitors will complete a 1K swim, 40K bike ride and 10K run. The entry fee is $80 for individuals or $125 for relays.

The event will also feature a mountain bike/ sprint triathlon on June 27. Athletes will compete in a 500-yard swim, 10-mile bike ride and 3-mile run. The entry fee is $45.

Wrestling Camp

The ninth annual Wildcat Wrestling Camp will return to Los Gatos for three sessions this summer.

The camp begins with a session for beginner to intermediate wrestlers, ages 7-12, June 29-July 3. The second session is for intermediate wrestlers in grades 6-9, and runs July 6-10. The final session is set for July 13-17 for advanced wrestlers (those with high school or two years of junior high school experience) in grades 8-12.

Camps run from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., and the cost is $110 per week. Each session is limited to the first 26 wrestlers. For more information, call Scott Downs at 354-2730.

Williams Camp

The annual Sid Williams Basketball Camp returns to the court at Fisher Middle School July 13-17. The camp is designed for "the motivated player" entering grades 5-9.
