    The bride-to-be is a graduate of Los Gatos High School and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She works for Pivot Interiors in San Jose.

    Her fiancé is a graduate of St. Francis High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is currently attending Santa Clara University Law School.

    They plan an August wedding.

    Susan and Hank Jaggi of Wayne, N.J., announce the engagement of Susan's daughter, Kristen Anne Learner, to Kevin Mark Finnegan, son of Thomas and Joan Finnegan of Los Gatos.

    The bride-to-be is a graduate of Lakeland Regional High School and the University of Maryland. She is a college counselor at Francis W. Parker School in Chicago, Ill.

    Her fiancé is a graduate of St. Francis High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a division manager with the Boylston Group in Chicago.

    They plan a June 2002 wedding.

    Michael and Yvonne Santin of Indian Wells, formerly of Los Gatos, announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Michelle Santin, to Scott Clark Williams, son of Jack Williams and Jo Williams of Los Gatos.

    The bride-to-be is a graduate of St. Francis High School and San Jose State University. She is a human resources generalist with Condor Systems in San Jose.

    Her fiancé is a graduate of Leigh High School. He is currently attending Computer Training Academy and works as a private consultant for EpitomiOne in Campbell.

    They plan a Sept. 1 wedding.
