    David Leone and Sandee Frost of San Jose announce the engagement of their daughter, Natasha Nicole Frost, to Matthew Blaine Elliott, son of Gary and Colleen Elliott of Los Gatos.

    The bride-to-be is a graduate of Mount Pleasant High School and San Jose State University. She is a design engineer with Pacific Bell in San Jose.

    Her fiancé is a graduate of Los Gatos High School and DeAnza College in Cupertino. He is a splicing technician with Pacific Bell.

    They plan a November wedding.

    Glen and Sylvia Pedigo of San Jose announce the engagement of their daughter, Christine Gayle Pedigo, to Thomas Paul Cornelius, son of Jean Elizabeth Cornelius of Los Gatos.

    The bride-to-be is a graduate of Los Gatos High School and San Francisco State University. She is a lawyer with Bowles and Verna in Walnut Creek.

    Her fiancé is a graduate of Los Gatos High School and the United States Military Academy. He is an officer in the U.S. Army, stationed in Fort Rucker, Ala.

    They plan an October 2001 wedding.
