    Senior Notes

    Workshop focus is on the breath of life for better health

    The Senior Program of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Department of Community Education and Recreation offers a one-day workshop, Breath: The Life Force Energy, on Aug. 13, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Los Gatos Neighborhood Center, 208 E. Main St. This experiential workshop focuses on a number of techniques that promote conscious breathing as a tool for achieving better health.

    Participants who consistently use what they learn in the workshop may experience positive changes in sleep patterns, immune system function, mental clarity and stress levels.
