Special Olympics volunteers are needed

Volunteers are needed for the fall Special Olympics program. Athletes will participate in cycling, long-distance running, soccer and ice skating in the months ahead, and volunteers are needed to help with the program.

An orientation meeting will be held on Aug. 11, 7 p.m., at the Special Olympics office, 5730 Chambertin Drive, in San Jose for anyone interested. For more information, call 267-2734.
