Police Report

Drunk in public--July 24, 3:12 a.m., on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. The caller saw a man in a swimsuit lurking around cars and knocking on doors. Police contacted the man and arrested him for public drunkenness.

Accident--July 24, 8:05 a.m., at Lark Avenue and Los Gatos Boulevard. Police took a report at the site of a collision between a station wagon and a sport utility vehicle.

Juvenile disturbance--July 24, 3:13 p.m., on Union Avenue. Five teenage males were skateboarding in a shopping center. Police counseled them and sent them on their way.

Neighborhood disturbance--July 24, 10:38 p.m., at University Avenue and Andrews. The caller complained of a loud group yelling and partying in the apartments next door. Police contacted the revelers and asked them to be more quiet.

Alarm--July 25, 5:12 p.m., on Miles Avenue. Police responded to a commercial alarm and discovered janitors activated it.

Drunk in public--July 25, 11:37 p.m., on E. Main Street. Police received a call about a possibly intoxicated woman walking around a parking lot. Police contacted her and arrested her for public drunkenness.

Suspicious people--July 26, 6:22 p.m., at Los Gatos Boulevard and Blossom Hill Road. The caller reported seeing two teenage males sitting on a bus bench, one of whom looked like he was hiding a handgun. Police contacted the individuals and discovered it was only a water pistol.
