New agents join local Coldwell Banker office

The Los Gatos office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, at 449 N. Santa Cruz Ave., has welcomed a new sales associate and has promoted one sales associate to Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

Sales associate George LeCrenn specializes in residential sales in the Silicon Valley. Prior to coming to Coldwell Banker, he served as a project manager for PCM3 Construction Management Inc. He earned a bachelor's degree in construction management from California State University, Chico and earned a real estate broker license through United Educational Services.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist Bob Stadler is a sales associate whose focus is on real estate services for older home buyers and sellers. A licensed real estate broker, Stadler has worked in the South Bay for more than 25 years and holds the International President's Elite designation, which places him in the top two percent of Coldwell Banker real estate professionals worldwide.

    Realtors participate in charity bowling

Families and individuals facing a housing crisis, loss of their current home or no home at all, received support on June 21, when two local real estate districts, Los Gatos-Saratoga and Cupertino-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara competed in the Bowling for Charity 2000 Challenge. The event raised over $800 for the Housing Industry Foundation, a local nonprofit committed to helping families and individuals either remain in or return to stable housing. More than 60 members from the two districts participated in the charity event at the Brunswick Homestead Lanes in Cupertino. The districts are part of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, which sponsored the event.
