    Theft--July 27, 9:37 p.m. on Union Avenue. A purse was taken from a shopping cart in a grocery store.

    Theft--July 27, 12:34 a.m. on Blossom Hill Road. A car was broken into and a leather backpack, a wallet and a notebook were taken.

    Firearms--July 27, 9:23 a.m. on Belcrest Drive. Several firearms were taken to the Los Gatos Police Department for destruction.

    Vandalism--July 27, 7:43 a.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A tree and a pot were damaged in front of a business.

    Marijuana--July 26, 3:22 p.m. on Lyndon Avenue. A citizen reported two juveniles were smoking marijuana behind a church.

    Theft--July 26, 11:21 a.m. on University Avenue. A computer was taken from a business sometime during the night. There is no suspect information.

    Vandalism--July 26, 7:37 a.m. on Tait Avenue. The windshield of a sports car parked in front of a residence was shattered by an unknown suspect.

    Theft--July 25, 8:35 p.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. An elderly man shoplifted flowers and began walking toward the cemetery. The person reporting the incident said he has been mentally unstable since his wife died.

    Lawn Job--July 25, 6:30 p.m. on Ferris Avenue. Unknown suspects damaged a resident's lawn by driving over it with a vehicle.

    Vandalism--July 25, 5:34 p.m. on Abby Wood Court. A person vandalized a residence by dumping ashes on the couch and coffee grounds in the carpet. A former roommate who was evicted is a suspect.

    Vandalism--July 25, 2:59 p.m. on Blossom Hill Road. A vehicle was keyed after a verbal altercation in front of a store.

    Vandalism--July 25, 9:03 a.m. on Milmar Way. The locks on a vehicle were damaged and the tires were slashed. There is no suspect information.

    Theft--July 24, 5:01 p.m. on Palm Avenue. A resident had property out for a garage sale and several items were taken.

    Property for Destruction--July 24, 10:55 a.m. on Massol Avenue. A holster, bullets and pistol grips were turned in to the Los Gatos Police Department for destruction.

    Theft--July 23, 2:14 p.m. on University Avenue. A black vinyl purse with ID, personal papers and $150 in cash was taken at a restaurant.
