Anniversaries Bachman Longtime Los Gatos residents Elmer and Verna Bachman celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 30. The couple has lived in Los Gatos for the past 40 years. Elmer is a retired cabinet maker who worked for A-1 Refrigeration and the Eastside Union High School District. Verna is a retired cafeteria worker with the Campbell Union High School District. The Bachmans have one son, Charles Bachman.
