    Police Report

    Theft--Aug. 16, 9:37 p.m. on Avery Lane. A cellular phone was taken from an unlocked vehicle. Police took a report.

    Theft--Aug. 16, 1:40 p.m. on University Avenue. Three pictures were taken from the wall in a place of business.

    Vandalism--Aug. 16, 10:11 a.m. on University Avenue. A vehicle was egged and the car sustained $1,235 in damage.

    Theft--Aug. 15, 1:46 p .m. A Macintosh G3 computer is missing from a local school. It disappeared sometime between June 10 and Aug. 14.

    Threats--Aug. 14, 2:22 p.m. on Blossom Hill Road. An employer reported that a former employee made threats to them earlier in the day.

    Theft--Aug. 14, 1:35 p.m. on Massol Avenue. A landlord who lives in Saratoga took a tenants laundry and laundry basket, possibly to find out who has been messing up the laundry room.

    Mail Theft--Aug. 14, 1:42 p.m. on Via Caballero. Mail was taken from a mailbox sometime on Friday.

    Vandalism--Aug. 14, 7:06 a.m. A showcase window at a local school was broken sometime during the weekend. A classroom window was also broken, possibly in an attempted theft.

    Mailbox Vandalism--Aug. 13, 11:32 p.m. on Kennedy Road. Mailboxes were smashed. The incident was heard but no suspects were seen. No report was taken but resident's asked police to increase patrol in the area.

    Internet Theft--Aug. 9, 11:06 a.m. on Los Gatos Almaden Road. A resident bought a camcorder on an internet auction site and sent $600 to the seller, who lives in North Carolina. They never received the camcorder.
