Ron and Lynn Nelson of San Martin and John and Donna Chiala of Los Gatos announce the engagement of their children, Jennifer Nelson and Brian Chiala.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Los Gatos High School and California State University, Chico. She works for a consulting company in San Ramon.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Los Gatos High School. He works at his family's business, Los Gatos Meats & Smokehouse, and also coaches baseball at Los Gatos High School.
They plan a September wedding.
