Russians will study telecommunicationsBy Shari Kaplan The Los Gatos Rotary Club, joining forces with the Cupertino Rotary Club, is hosting 11 Russian entrepreneurs in the telecommunications industry through Oct. 4 as part of the Productivity Enhancement Program run by the Center for Citizens Initiatives. PEP arranges for Russian business leaders to come to the United States to study with their American-industry counterparts to help educate Russian citizens in how to run businesses in a market-based economy.
