    Police Report

Disturbance--Aug. 29, 5:27 a.m. On Milbrae Lane, a resident was upset because the alarm clock of the upstairs tenant had woken the downstairs tenants up. The resident yelled at the neighbor and broke her window. The disturbance was a dispute between tenants; the downstairs tenant agreed to pay for the broken window. No report was taken.

Warrant Served--Aug. 29, 10:25 p.m. Police stopped a car at the Texaco station on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. While they were checking probation records for the driver of the vehicle, he ran away with police in foot pursuit. Police finally caught him near State Farm Insurance. He was arrested for resisting arrest, assault on an officer, possession of a hypodermic needle, illegal weapons and methamphetamine, and being under the influence of drugs. The man was arrested for his warrant from the California Department of Corrections for parole violation. The woman who was with the man left in another vehicle, and police were unable to locate her. They had the car towed.

Spouse Beating--Sept. 2, 11:19 a.m. A Belblossom Drive resident called police, saying she was fighting with her husband. Immediately after, two different neighbors called to report the argument and said that it was "ongoing." Both the husband and the wife were arrested for spouse beating.

Domestic Disturbance--Sept. 2, 11:28 p.m. A man and his 15-year-old son got into a verbal dispute. The son pulled out a 3-inch pocketknife and refused to put it down. Although he was not brandishing the knife, his father called police. While the man was calling police, his son went outside. By the time police arrived, the son was gone.
