Speeding--Sept. 6, 12:12 p.m. at Lynn and Union avenues. A caller reported cars speeding and cutting through the area and requested patrol checks. Police will be on the lookout.
Disturbance--Sept. 6, 8:57 p.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. A caller complained of unsupervised juveniles having a party, making noise and throwing things over the fence. Police gave the host a warning and told him to keep it down.
Town code violation--Sept. 7, 12:44 a.m. at N. Santa Cruz and Bean avenues. Police cited a man for urinating in public.
Suspicious person--Sept. 7, 3:17 p.m. on S. Santa Cruz Avenue. The caller's daughter and friend walked by a man with a gray beard who was drinking out of a paper bag when he allegedly yelled at the girls and tried to kiss them. Police contacted and counseled the man.
Driving under the influence--Sept. 8, 1:59 a.m. at W. Main Street and N. Santa Cruz Avenue. Following a dispute, a drunk passenger of a limousine drove away with the limo. Police stopped him a short time later and arrested him for DUI.
Drunk in public--Sept. 8, 6:17 p.m. under W. Main Street. Callers reported a man lying in the bushes in the creek trail south of the Main Street bridge. Police contacted him and arrested him for public drunkenness.
Possible prowler--Sept. 10, 9:29 p.m. on Lora Drive. The caller heard knocking on the front door and then heard someone try to open it. Police arrived and discovered that someone had recently left a package.
