The bride is the daughter of George and Patricia Loizou of Walnut Creek. A graduate of Cypress Creek High School, Texas, and Purdue University, Ind., she is the promotions manager with World Duty-Free Shops in New York.
The bridegroom is the son of John and Barbara Cellar of Saratoga. A graduate of Los Gatos High School, UCLA and the University of Pennsylvania at Wharton, he is the vice president of Bay Harbour Management, New York.
The couple resides in New York.

Erin Parsons and Stephen Peter Marietta were married on July 25 at Nestledown in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
The bride is the daughter of Mert and Jerry Parsons of Los Gatos. A graduate of Los Gatos High School and UC-Berkeley, she is an assistant editor with ThirdAge Media, San Francisco.
The bridegroom is the son of T.J. and Georgann Marietta of Mission Viejo. A graduate of Trabuco Hills High School and UC-Berkeley, he is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at San Francisco State University.
The couple resides in Oakland.
