    Community will see parking models

The community will have its first opportunity to weigh in on the preliminary designs for the two proposed downtown parking structures on Oct. 9 at the Opera House.

The public will be able to view the latest parking structure models by Gordon H. Chong and Partners, the design consultants hired by the town to help bring an end to the downtown parking squeeze.

The forum will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the community is welcome to ask the consultant questions regarding the project. The Opera House is at 140 W. Main St.

    Town library seeks structure visionaries

While funding may not yet exist, the Los Gatos Town Library board is welcoming community members to participate in the planning of a new library.
