Police Report

Complaint--Sept. 26, 8:18 a.m. on Montebello Way. The caller complained about debris being blown onto his property from the bus depot. Police gave advice.

Suspicious vehicle--Sept. 26, 4:28 p.m. at Andrews Court and Monterey Avenue. A caller reported a shirtless man who appeared to be passed out in a vehicle. Police contacted the man, who was resting during a work break.

Alarm--Sept. 26, 11:05 p.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. Police responded to a commercial alarm at a car dealership and discovered the security patrol had set it off to check police response time.

Battery--Sept. 26, 11:46 p.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A man was being held at a bar after battering the bouncer. Police arrested him.

Drunk in public--Sept. 27, 12:53 a.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. Police contacted a woman sleeping toward the rear of a restaurant and arrested her for public drunkenness.

Stolen vehicle--Sept. 27, 10:04 p.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. Someone stole the caller's red-and-blue sport bike within the past hour. Police took a report.

Disturbance--Sept. 28, 3:17 a.m. at Arroyo Grande and La Cañada. A caller reported that a neighbor was howling at the moon. Police drove through the neighborhood but did not hear anything.

Grand theft--Sept. 29, 9:01 p.m. on Jackson Street. The caller's $600 cellular phone and $150 worth of CDs were stolen last night during a party. Police took a report.

Malicious mischief--Sept. 30, 4:52 p.m. on Union Avenue. The caller called from her place of work and reported that her car's tires were slashed last night. She believes one of her co-workers is responsible. Police took a report.

Accident--Sept. 30, 6:22 p.m. at Los Gatos Boulevard and Samaritan Drive. Police took a report at the site of a crash between two cars.
