Jill Ann Wiley and Jothan Eric Frakes were married Sept.6 at Byington Winery in Los Gatos.
The bride is the daughter of Neil and Marlene Wiley of Los Gatos. A graduate of Los Gatos High School and UC-Santa Barbara, she is western regional site manager for Oxford International in Kent, Wash.
The bridegroom is the son of Edmund Frakes of Fremont and Linda Morgan of Lawrence, Kan. A graduate of Washington High School in Fremont, he attended Chico State University. He is a programmer for Interglobe Networks in Seattle.
The couple reside in Kent.
