Police Report

Vandalism--Oct. 19, 1:25 p.m., on Kennedy Road. A man was seen writing obscenities on a public restroom wall with a pen or crayon.

Petty Theft--Oct. 19, 10:26 a.m., on Kennedy Road. A 36-inch convex mirror, sitting on a resident's driveway, was removed from its frame.

Vandalism--Oct. 19, 8:52 a.m., on University Avenue. Windows were broken by rocks at an auto body shop. Cars inside may also have been damaged.

Threats--Oct. 18, 12:07 a.m., on Blossom Hill Road. A 20-year-old male threatened to kill a video store employee. No weapon was seen by employees. The suspect left before officers arrived.

Shoplifting--Oct. 17, 10:24 a.m., on Blossom Hill Road. A woman was arrested for shoplifting crackers from a grocery store.

Threats--Oct. 13, 3:52 p.m., on E. Main Street. The caller reported receiving two threatening calls within 10 minutes. The suspect is a former tenant who said he would kill or bomb the management team in Concord and in Los Gatos.

Commercial Burglary--Oct. 17, 6:52 a.m., on Winchester Boulevard. A construction trailer was broken into, and painting equipment was taken.

Disturbance--Oct. 16, 4:46 p.m., on Castlewood Drive. A resident reported that the neighbor behind her has been throwing rocks at her home and shining lights in her windows.

Mentally Disturbed--Oct. 14, 3:54 p.m., on Los Gatos Boulevard. A man was standing in front of a restaurant at a bus stop sniffing paint. An ambulance with restraints was requested. The suspect was arrested and sent to Valley Medical Center for a 72-hour hold.

Petty Theft--Oct. 13, 9:38 a.m., on Francis Oaks Way. A white wrought-iron love seat was taken Oct. 12 from a resident's front yard.
