Stuart Kuramoto, show director of the Haunted Forest Halloween event, shows off a few of the ghoulish props that turn Oak Meadow and Vasona parks into the Haunted Forest. The Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad, renamed the Phantom Express for the event, takes riders through chilling and thrilling scenes through Oct. 31.
