    Police Report

    Disturbance noise--Oct. 23, 1:34 a.m. on Wood Road. A resident heard banging and believed it could have been coming from a dumpster. Police investigated the area and cited two subjects for skateboarding.

    Disturbance Noise--Oct. 23, 12:16 a.m. on Lora Drive. A resident complained that the person above her was playing loud music. Police told him to be aware of making too much noise.

    Outstanding Warrants--Oct. 22, 10:04 p.m. at the station. Police discovered that a driver had several outstanding warrants and arrested him.

    Suspended License--Oct. 22, 7:51 p.m. on Santa Cruz Ave. Police cited the driver for driving with a suspended license. The driver's car was towed.

    Found Property--Oct. 22, 6:18 p.m. on Church Street. Keys were found on the creek trail and given to the police for safekeeping.

    Vandalism--Oct. 22, 1:48 p.m. on Vista Del Monte. A resident's vehicle was egged overnight. The resident claims this has occurred several times in the recent past.

    Threats--Oct. 22, 9:18 a.m. on Lu Ray Drive. When a teenager went out to his car, his neighbor approached him, said he was going to kill him with a shotgun, and spit in his face.

    DUI--Oct. 22, 2:43 a.m. on Winchester Boulevard and Knowles. Following a traffic stop, police arrested the suspect and took the person to jail.

    Violation--Oct. 22, 12:56 a.m. on Dardanelli Lane. A resident claimed a male subject was snooping around his house and looking in the front bedroom window. No weapons were used. The resident said he had seen the subject two weeks before at a different house.

    Drunk in Public--Oct. 22, 12:48 a.m. on Alpine. Police found the male subject on the sidewalk near the fire hydrant, with his legs in the street, and took him to a sobering station.

    Outstanding Warrant--Oct. 21, 3:04 a.m. on Main Street A drunk man was trying to get into inn rooms. Police arrested him and took him to jail. They also discovered he had an outstanding warrant from the Sheriff's office.

    Juvenile Disturbance--Oct. 20, 11:30 p.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. A person reported that several juveniles were yelling, screaming, and loitering in a parking lot. The subjects had also parked in a handicapped space. Police sent them on their way.

    Town Code Violation---Oct. 20, 11:12 p.m. on College Terrace Court. Police caught subjects urinating in public and advised them of the town code.
