Eclectic art course for seniors planned
The Senior Program at the Los Gatos-Saratoga Department of Community Education and Recreation has scheduled a four-week art course titled From Drawing to Painting, from Nov. 9 to Dec. 7, 9:30 a.m. to noon. Instructor (and artist) Jean Tannhauser will instruct students in different techniques of both drawing and painting. The course includes individual instruction and group critiques. In each session, students will draw and develop a drawing into a painting. All skill levels are welcome. The fee is $32. For more information, or to register, call 408.354.8700.
