Tom Campbell will be returning home to host a series of hour-long town hall meetings in the area this week. Constituents will be able to discuss whatever is on their mind with Campbell, ask him to pin down some of his opinions on particular issues. Campbell will be in Los Gatos Thursday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. in the Los Gatos Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St. Call Campbell's office at 371-7337 for information, or to offer any questions or comments. Thanksgiving dinner for seniors Seniors are invited to a free Thanksgiving dinner at the Neighborhood Center on Saturday, Nov. 22, noon-2:00 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Family Service Association and will feature food coordinated by Chris Benson of C.B. Hannegan's and other Los Gatos restaurants. Organizers are asking for donations of canned goods that will go to the holiday food bank at St. Luke's Episcopal Church. The Neighborhood Center is located at 208 E. Main St., Call 354-1514 for more information. Lexington getting better set of pipes After discovering last February that the outlet pipe through Lexington Reservoir's earthen dam was carrying less water than normal, the Santa Clara Valley Water District started last week on a series of repairs. The Division of Safety of Dams found that the pipe is not blocked, just slightly buckled in three places inside the dam. Water will be pumped over the spillway during the $245,000 project, which should be finished by February.
