Rotary Club seeks ambassadors
The Los Gatos Rotary Club has applications available now for its 2001-2002 Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarships, which are designed to further international understanding and goodwill, and provide winners with the chance to study abroad in their choice of more than 160 countries where Rotary Clubs are established.
Candidates must have completed at least two years of university or college course work at the time the scholarship period begins. During their studies abroad, scholarship winners will act as "ambassadors of goodwill"--through appearances before Rotary clubs, as well as schools and civic organizations
For more information, or to obtain an application, call 408.358.1808, or write to Los Gatos Rotary Club, Attn: Richard Karnan, 16240 Brook Acres Drive, Los Gatos, 95032.
