    Police Report

    Battery--Nov. 22, 1:34 a.m. Residents of Bachman Avenue reported hearing people yelling on the street and attempting to drive away. When police arrived, they found that a man had placed another under citizen's arrest for a fight that had occurred in front of CB Hannegan's. The suspect had punched the man and damaged his car. He was arrested.

    Burglary--Nov. 22, 9:30 a.m. At a business on Blossom Hill Road, an employee heard the front doorbell ring as he entered from the rear. There was nobody at the front door, however. Police had the suspect in custody and found that there was a $2,500 warrant for being under the influence of drugs from San Jose police. He was arrested.

    Drunk in Public--Nov. 22, 5:54 p.m. A woman said she had been battered by her husband and left home but had nowhere else to go. She met police at the California Cafe, where police attempted to talk with her but found that she was drunk. The woman was arrested.

    Drunk in Public--Nov. 22, 11:34 p.m. The Community Hospital of Los Gatos had admitted an intoxicated man earlier in the day. Hours later, he was ready for release but still considered intoxicated by staff. The man was homeless and had nowhere to go.
