Collector's Corner seeks the return of stolen goods

During a Nov. 16 fundraising event the Collector's Corner II store held to benefit the Leigh High School athletic department, one or more individuals stole two autographed football jerseys worth nearly $600.

While guest Ken Caminiti of the San Diego Padres was signing autographs in the afternoon, someone stole the jerseys of San Francisco 49er Jerry Rice and former 49er Joe Montana. Store owner Mike Wasserman says there will be no questions asked if the jerseys are returned undamaged to the store. If anyone has information on who might be responsible for the thefts, Wasserman can be reached at 395-5332.
