Police Report

Alarm--Nov. 24, 3:08 p.m., on Los Gatos Boulevard. Police responded to a hold-up alarm at a restaurant and discovered that an employee set it off by accident.

Accident--Nov. 26, 12:30 p.m., on Los Gatos Boulevard. Police took a report at the site of a collision between a car and a sport utility vehicle in a restaurant parking lot.

Noise disturbance--Nov. 27, 12:15 a.m., on Los Gatos Boulevard. The caller complained of loud music and voices coming from a nearby party. Police contacted the party host, who moved the noisy revelry inside the house.

Vandalism--Nov. 27, 10:21 a.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. One or more vandals wrote on the rear windows of a business, opened some storage lockers and spilled cleaning supplies. Police took a report.

Accident--Nov. 27, 12:37 p.m., on Castlewood Drive. Police took a report at the site of a collision between two cars.

Disturbance--Nov. 28, 10:16 a.m., on Los Gatos Boulevard. A man in a restaurant was swearing at waitresses and refusing to leave. Police contacted the man outside the restaurant, counseled him and sent him on his way.

Suspicious person--Nov. 28, 8:48 p.m., on Union Avenue. A man with a stocking cap was sleeping near some pallets by a store and wouldn't move when employees asked him. Police counseled him and sent him on his way.

Juvenile disturbance--Nov. 29, 12:18 p.m., on Bean Avenue. A group of juveniles were skateboarding in a lot. Police counseled and dispersed them.

Theft--Nov. 29, 8:41 p.m., on Teakwood Court. A pizza-delivery driver went to a house and was met at the door by several teenage boys who said they did not order the pizza. Then they grabbed the pizza from the driver and locked the door on him. He called police, who contacted the teens and had them pay for the pizza.

Auto burglary--Dec. 1, 9:39 a.m., on Pinehurst Avenue. Someone broke into the caller's car overnight, stealing a personal planner, clothing and other items. Police took a report.

Suspicious vehicle--Dec. 2, 5:48 a.m., on Los Gatos Boulevard. The caller reported a camper van with a small trailer that had been parked in the rear of a business' parking lot for the past two nights; the caller suspected that someone might be living there. Police contacted and counseled the van owner, who will be moving along.

Alarm--Dec. 2, 5:22 p.m., on Milani Court. Police responded to a residential alarm and discovered a cat inside the house had set off the motion-detector.
