Soccer Champs

The Los Gatos Bobcats won the soccer championship in the District Cup tournament played in Sunnyvale. The Bobcats lost their first game 2-1 but came back with three straight victories--all of them shutouts. Members of the championship team include (front row, l-r) Brian Stanton, Brett Cavanagh, Miles Proctor, Derek Tam, Hans Jorgensen, Jon Branch and Andy Betzina, and (back row, l-r) Matt DePalma, Alex Rollin, Tyler Doyle, Brent Kasper, Aaron Goldfarb, coach Dan Kropp, Andrew O'Gorman, Patrick Murphy and Nick Nino.
