The Prowler

The Prowler's first "fan email" came from a Los Gatan whose online monicker is Bardgirl. She enjoys the occasional personalized license plate columns and alerted the Prowler to "a really hot red sports car" on N. Santa Cruz Avenue with the plate PSWAYZE. It didn't belong to the actor Patrick, but perhaps someone equally intriguing--the license plate frame read "No . . . but I dirty dance!"

Bardgirl sounds pretty creative herself. She says her own plate reads WENCHKD (the last two letters are her initials) and her license plate frame reveals "Shakespeare gets me hot!" Mayhap the witty wench attends Renaissance Faires as well?

No one used computers in the 15th century, but today they're a way of life, especially for the driver of a luxury sedan the Prowler has seen in several places with the plate INFOHWY. The driver probably surfs the Internet when not cruising in his car.

While getting on Highway 85, this cat noticed a car whose plate read VIRGOII. No doubt the inside of this luxury sedan was clear of debris and its contents perfectly organized, as these tendencies supposedly belong to those whose astrological sign is the clean, modest Virgo.

Speaking of being organized, the Prowler wonders if the driver of ARBITER settles disputes as a professional job, or perhaps just arbitrates among squabbling siblings.

Some drivers make it clear they'd rather be somewhere else. Whether a pilot or a frequent airplane traveler, a certain minivan driver seen on Highway 9 is DYN2FLY. Also on Highway 9 was a driver who left his or her heart in San Francisco: AH2BNSF.
